A Reminder of Who You Really Are

Sometimes life feels like it may be too much. More than we can handle. More than we are capable of. Relationships, jobs, to-do lists — maybe we’re just not cut out for all of this?

When it all seems too much, when you’re overwhelmed and buried under a blanket of doubt – would you stop yourself? Stop right in the middle of your negative thinking, stop the cycle of self-defeat. Make yourself pause.

Change the words you’re saying to yourself over and over and over again.

Our words are meant to help. Don’t let them be used in another way.

Remind yourself, this life you’re living it is wholly yours. It is only yours and you are enough to live it well. You have what it takes.

You are enough.
